1. Use of the System
The System is provided by Networx for authorised users. By using the System, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their account details secure and for providing accurate information when using the System.
Users must not misuse the System, access information without permission, or interfere with its operation.
3. Attendance, Documents and Contracts
The System may be used for organisational activities such as attendance register, document management, contracts and electronic signatures.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information and documents they provide or sign are accurate and authorised.
4. Personal Information and POPIA
The Organisation may collect and process personal information through the System for legitimate organisational purposes.
This may include South African ID, attendance information, location information, documents and electronic signatures.
The Organisation will process and protect personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable laws.

5. Security
The Organisation will take reasonable steps to protect the System and information stored within it.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access or compromise the security of the System.
6. System Availability
The Organisation will make reasonable efforts to keep the System available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside its control.
7. Changes
The Organisation may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be made available through the System or website.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
