Who we are

Built on people. Powered by purpose.

Networx for Career Development is a black woman-owned skills development company founded in 2005 by Mylet Ursula Bhengu, after the Service SETA career centre where she worked closed its doors. What started as a work-from-home consultancy has grown into a team of permanent and contract consultants, still guided by the same reason it began: using skills development to fight youth unemployment.

Today we support both the employed and the unemployed, from designing accredited learning programmes to implementing them on the ground and quality-assuring the outcome — giving clients a single, accountable partner from curriculum to certification.
